Job summary

Southern Bank of Tennessee seeks a Digital Banking Manager to lead day-to-day administration, support, and enhancement of our digital banking channels, including online banking, mobile banking, online account opening, and digital deposits.

The role collaborates with executive management, IT, Retail Banking, and other departments to ensure a secure, customer‑focused experience, drive adoption, and manage vendor relationships and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for online and mobile banking platforms.
• Oversee online account opening and digital deposit channels.

• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Compliance, and operations to implement enhancements.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and project deployments for digital banking products.
• Develop customer communications and training materials related to digital services.
