Job summary
Top Prospect Group is seeking a technology-focused leader to oversee and enhance online and mobile banking platforms, digital applications, integrations, analytics, and reporting. This role partners with IT and business leaders to drive digital banking performance and create scalable, secure technology solutions.
You will translate business needs into technology strategies, manage third-party vendors, develop KPIs and dashboards, and guide platform initiatives from concept to delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in online/mobile banking or fintech platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, APIs, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Experience managing technology projects, platform integrations, and vendors.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience with dashboards and KPIs to drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, enhancement, and management of online and mobile banking platforms and digital channels.
- Manage digital banking applications, system integrations, technology implementations, and platform enhancements.
- Partner with IT, business, and operations to improve the digital banking experience.
- Oversee mobile app initiatives, third-party vendors, technology partners, and project delivery.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support performance.
- Evaluate emerging digital banking technologies and recommend solutions to improve experiences.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure tech solutions.
