Qualifications

• Experience with mobile devices; iOS and Android.
• Office environment skills; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital customer strategies across delivery channels.
• Support sales efforts through deposits, loans, and related services.
• Open deposit accounts and handle credit card/lending requests.
• Develop and manage customer relationships using CRM data.
• Onboard customers to digital accounts and use automation tools.
• Participate in office, bank and community events.
