Job summary

Northwest-Community-Bank, located in Winsted, CT, seeks a Digital Banking Specialist to support and enhance digital banking platforms and services. In this in-office role, you will drive customer adoption through coordinated campaigns and analytics across consumer and business segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years in digital banking, financial services, digital marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with website CMS, email marketing platforms, digital analytics tools, and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer, business, and commercial banking products and services preferred.
• Understanding online/mobile banking, payments, card products, and digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer behavior and digital performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and ongoing enhancement of the bank's digital banking platforms and services.
• Develop and execute campaigns that promote digital banking products, services, and customer adoption.
• Monitor digital banking usage, engagement, campaign performance, and customer adoption trends; provide growth recommendations.
• Assist in strategies to increase enrollment, utilization, and awareness of online banking, mobile banking, digital payments, and card services.
• Support growth and promotional initiatives for debit, credit, and digital payment products.
• Coordinate digital banking content for customer communications, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Retail Banking, Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, IT, and others to support digital initiatives.
• Assist with implementation, testing, and rollout of new digital banking features and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience across digital channels and touchpoints.
• Support digital banking reporting, analytics, and performance measurement activities.
• Assist with vendor relationships and coordination related to digital banking platforms and marketing tech solutions.
• Maintain departmental procedures, documentation, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
