Job summary

Northwest Community Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist within Marketing & Communications to support its digital products, campaigns, and customer engagement across online banking and mobile platforms. You will coordinate content, analyze performance, and collaborate with IT and business units to enhance the digital banking experience for consumers and businesses.

This is an in-office role based in Winsted, CT, with opportunities to drive adoption and improve the digital banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital banking, digital marketing, or customer experience.
• Familiarity with CMS, email platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer, business, and commercial banking products is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and enhancement of digital banking platforms and services.
• Develop and execute campaigns to promote digital products and adoption.
• Monitor usage, engagement, and campaign performance; recommend improvements.
• Assist in increasing enrollment and utilization of online/mobile banking and digital payments.
• Support growth initiatives for debit/credit cards and digital payments.
• Coordinate digital banking content for communications and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Retail Banking, IT, and other departments to support initiatives.
• Assist with testing and rollout of new digital features.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience across digital channels.
