You will respond to calls, assist with opening/closing deposits, process transactions, support digital banking, and explain products to members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening/closing deposit accounts and cross-sell products.
• Resolve requests or escalate as needed; update member data accurately.
• Support members with digital banking needs and online services.
• Process transactions including loan payments, transfers, and check orders.
• Provide statements and check copies; troubleshoot debit/credit card issues.
• Handle member calls and emails professionally and courteously.
