Job summary

Dirigo Federal Credit Union in Maine is launching a new Scarborough branch and seeks a friendly Teller to join our member-focused team. This 40-hour/week, on-site role involves welcoming members, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers while educating members about credit union products and services.

You will contribute to community outreach, uphold policies and security procedures, and help us grow as a trusted local financial partner for Southern Maine families.

Qualifications

• Prior cash-handling, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt.
• Ability to reliably be at work on time and as scheduled.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded individual to join us as a Teller. This is more than a transaction-based role. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our members meet at our new branch, playing an important part in building connections and bringing our values to life in this community. We're excited to welcome team members who share our passion for helping people achieve financial well-being. This role is 40 hours/week and is based in our Scarborough branch.

What You’ll Do
