Job summary

You will handle routine inquiries via phone, email, or chat, perform maintenance and fraud monitoring, assist with enrollment tasks, and support the Cash Management and Remote Deposit

Qualifications

• CSR knowledge is preferred.
• Experience supporting digital banking customers.
• Willingness to attend trainings on digital banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for digital banking products.
• Resolve online banking and mobile deposit issues for clients and staff.
• Perform back-office tasks and maintain daily checks for digital banking.
• Assist with eStatement enrollment and Bill Pay troubleshooting.
