Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to provide welcoming, high-quality service and help clients meet their financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, and educate on digital banking tools while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

You will build relationships through listening and empathy, working with the branch team to deliver seamless service and support client needs across everyday banking activities.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand and help.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build trusted client relationships through active listening and empathy, coordinating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices in alignment with bank policies and procedures.
