The role emphasizes delivering personalized service, collaborating with branch teams, and adhering to regulatory requirements while using Chase Mobile App and online channels to assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships through listening, asking questions, empathy, and cross-team collaboration to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling devices following bank policies.
