Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, leveraging a tablet.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
