Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instrument processing
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
• Identify client needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions
• Greet customers and maintain hospitality in a high-volume setting
• Support branches within a 50 mile radius and adapt to flexible schedules
• Attend required training sessions and maintain attendance
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
