Capital One is seeking a Part-Time Branch Ambassador in Central Jersey to blend warm hospitality with digital banking know-how. You will guide customers through transactions, educate on mobile tools, and uncover financial goals to tailor solutions within a fast-paced, community-focused space.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, cross-training across channels, and a flexible schedule to support branches within a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; GED accepted.
• 1+ year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Guard trust and accuracy by processing high-volume cash transactions with precision and adhering to security and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture and contactless payments to enhance convenience and security.
• Identify client needs through active listening and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions to meet goals.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, service-oriented atmosphere while balancing efficiency in a busy branch.
