This role emphasizes a relationship-driven, human-centric approach in a fast-paced branch environment, with a flexible weekend schedule and opportunities for growth within Capital One.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-fronting experience preferred.
• Proficient in G‑Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
