You will educate customers on mobile banking, remote deposit, and contactless payments, while ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to regulatory standards. This role emphasizes human-centered service in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: perform high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while following security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to needs and pair customers with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and maintain warm, welcoming service in a high-volume setting.
