Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Branch Ambassador in Virginia to be the heartbeat of our space, delivering hospitality while guiding clients through digital tools. You’ll handle high-volume cash transactions with precision and uphold security standards.

You’ll educate customers on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, while identifying needs and recommending the right banking solutions. The role blends warmth with efficiency in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to improve convenience and security.
• The First‑Line Consultant: listen to customer needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions to help achieve goals.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, maintain a welcoming environment, and balance efficiency with community focus.
