Job summary

Capital One in Clarksville, MD is seeking a Branch Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our space, delivering hospitality while guiding clients through mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.

You’ll handle high-volume cash transactions with accuracy, identify client needs, and connect them with the right digital tools, all while upholding security, compliance, and a culture of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred; 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience also valued.
• Proficiency with G-Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while meeting security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: identify client needs and pair them with suitable digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and maintain a welcoming, service-oriented environment.
