Hardin Buick GMC in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales efforts. You will manage Internet leads, present vehicles, and coordinate with Finance to close deals, ensuring a top-tier buying experience. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will train staff, monitor CSI, and drive sales performance while working closely with Sales and Finance teams to optimize inventory and profitability.

Competenze

• Candidates should have strong sales skills and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Experience in internet sales or dealership environment is preferred.

Mansioni

• Contact customers and perform needs analysis for vehicle purchase.
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation in showroom or on road.
• Research model availability and equipment using dealer database.
• Negotiate pricing including tax, trade-in, license, and financing/lease options.
• Complete paperwork and arrange delivery/registration of vehicle.
• Deliver the vehicle and familiarize customers with its operation.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
• Maintain regular attendance.
