Job summary

Dutton Motor Company in Riverside, California is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to drive online vehicle sales. This full-time role focuses on representing the brand and guiding customers through the purchase process with professionalism and responsiveness.

You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, negotiating and closing sales, educating customers on vehicle value, and following up to ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Internet experience in auto sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Must have the confidence to negotiate and close the sale.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve existing customers in a professional and customer friendly manner
• Actively seek new potential customers
• Develop relationships with customers through follow up contacts
• Educate customers on the value of Dutton Motor Company’s vehicles
• Assist customers in the selection of right automobiles
• Thoroughly discuss the features and benefits of the vehicle
• Conduct sales negotiations
• Follow up for post-sale customer satisfaction
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss sales results and strategies
• Accurately complete appropriate paperwork (sales orders, etc.)
