Sunroad Auto’s Kearny Mesa Chevrolet seeks an Internet Salesperson to handle online leads, manage the dealership’s digital presence, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. You will engage customers through email, chat, and social media, providing vehicle information and guiding them through the online buying process.

The role requires 2–3 years in automotive sales, a valid CA sales license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
• Valid state sales license and California driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online leads via email, chat, or social media.
• Qualify and follow up with potential customers to assess needs and interests.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person appointments to discuss options and provide test drives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through digital channels.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Guide customers through the online sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Prepare and present digital vehicle quotes and financing proposals.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth in-store handoffs.
• Track online lead activity and sales performance.
