Sunroad Automotive in San Diego’s Kearny Mesa Ford/Kia is seeking an Internet Salesperson to handle online leads, present vehicle options, and guide customers through the online buying process. The role emphasizes prompt responses, virtual or in-person appointments, and accurate digital quotes to drive online-to-in-store conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in automotive sales or related sales.
• Experience in internet sales or digital marketing.
• Valid state sales license.
• California driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
• At least one year of verifiable driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to online leads via email, chat, or social media.
• Qualify and follow up with potential customers to assess needs and interests.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person appointments.
• Develop and maintain relationships through digital channels.
• Provide detailed vehicle information, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Assist customers with online applications and questions.
• Guide customers through the online sales process from contact to closing.
• Prepare digital vehicle quotes and financing proposals.

• Utilize social media and other online platforms to promote inventory and offers.
• Monitor digital marketing efforts to improve online visibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout online buying and post-purchase.
