Job summary

Honda of El Cajon is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales efforts. In this role, you’ll coach the internet sales team, oversee lead response and follow-up, and help customers move from their first inquiry to a great dealership experience.

You will manage a team, monitor leads, and collaborate with the sales team to improve conversions while maintaining CRM data integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience with internet leads and CRM.
• Prior sales leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the internet sales team.
• Monitor incoming leads and ensure prompt, professional responses.
• Oversee follow-up by phone, email, and text and help set appointments.
• Partner with the sales team to support new and used vehicle sales.
• Review CRM activity to maintain accurate customer records and follow-up.
• Track lead response, appointments, showroom visits, and sales results.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and help resolve concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance and perform other duties as assigned.
