• Demonstrable skill in managing professional business pages and direct-message pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with dealership CRM systems, video messaging software, inventory management tools, and Office/Workspace tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by converting digital leads, social inquiries, and web traffic into appointments and sales.
• Send personalized video messages to 100% of leads and walk around specific vehicles.
• Create content for social platforms and post inventory on local channels to generate direct leads.
• Conduct in-person vehicle presentations, test drives, and sales negotiations.
• Maintain post-sale engagement to secure reviews, referrals, and renewals.
