Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a data-driven web analytics professional to analyze website performance, user behavior, and engagement. You will manage GA/GTM, build dashboards in Looker Studio, and translate data into actionable recommendations for usability and content optimization.

You will collaborate with digital teams to support SEO, accessibility, and UX improvements, using Clarity for behavior insights and contributing to A/B tests and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GA/GTM).
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts, user behavior analysis, and tools like Google Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and maintain web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Looker Studio to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Evaluate user journeys across key programs to identify barriers to completion.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve usability, navigation, and content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with communications teams to prioritize data-informed content updates.
• Support improvements in usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Clarity to analyze interaction patterns and identify usability issues.
• Support SEO strategies and keyword research to improve program discoverability.
• Assist A/B testing and optimization efforts to evaluate website changes and digital campaigns.
• Measure and report on the impact of website updates and initiatives.
