OpenTalent is seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist Intern to assist on websites, portals, and marketing channels. You will help collect, clean and analyze data, maintain dashboards and report KPI trends under guidance from experienced team members.

The role emphasizes learning how to responsibly apply GenAI tools to draft insights and automate repetitive tasks, while developing business-friendly data translations and documentation.

Qualifications

• College junior or senior with foundational analytics coursework.
• Foundational coursework or project experience in data analysis and dashboards.
• Exposure to analytics platforms and basic data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with digital performance analysis across websites, portals and marketing channels activity.
• Collect, clean, organize and validate data for recurring dashboards and KPI sheets.
• Maintain and improve dashboards in Power BI, Excel, GA4, BigQuery and related tools.
• Use approved GenAI tools to draft first-pass SQL, DAX, formulas and report logic.
• Identify recurring workflows that can be streamlined via automation or GenAI.
• Create first-draft insights from dashboards, translating trends into plain-language observations.
• Support SEO, campaign, content and testing analyses and summarize results.
• Document KPI definitions, dashboard instructions, data sources and report logic.
