Job summary

Rush Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Systems Training & Digital Adoption Specialist to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that drive adoption of business systems and processes.

You will partner with SMEs and CI teams to create role-based training and digital enablement across the organization. You will develop eLearning, videos, simulations and job aids, leverage platforms like SAP Enable Now or WalkMe, and measure learning impact to improve performance and system proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Information Systems or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3+ years designing and developing learning solutions in corporate/technical environments
• Experience creating eLearning for enterprise software, ERP, CRM, or HCM platforms
• Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles
• Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Creative Suite
• Experience with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe or SAP Enable Now
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training
• Experience collaborating with SMEs to analyze workflows and create effective learning solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness using metrics and feedback
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers learning solutions to drive system adoption and employee readiness
• Partners with SMEs and CI teams to analyze processes and develop role-based learning
• Facilitates instructor-led and virtual training sessions
• Develops eLearning, videos, simulations, job aids and user guides
• Creates digital adoption content and performance support resources
• Maintains digital learning content, standards and governance
• Supports system implementations and change management through training and communications
• Supports Super User program enablement
• Evaluates learning effectiveness and adoption metrics to identify improvements
