Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Digital Adoption & Enablement Senior Manager to lead enterprise system adoption across Medidata, Certinia, LMS, Workday, and more. You will manage Organizational Learning Advisors, drive training strategies, and align with IT, Finance, QA, and HRIS.

Strong leadership, instructional design, and change management skills are essential. You will partner with EPMO, clinical systems, and business leaders to scope needs, validate content, and publish adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; master’s preferred.
8–10 years in learning, enterprise systems enablement, digital adoption, or related fields.
Experience leading systems training across platforms like Medidata, Salesforce-based tools, LMS, Workday.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy across multiple platforms.
Manage Organizational Learning Advisors and ensure effective trainings and communications.
Develop role-based learning journeys and performance support resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to scope needs and plan go-lives.
