Job summary

Rush Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Systems Training & Digital Adoption Specialist to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that drive system adoption and employee readiness.

You will partner with Continuous Improvement and SMEs to create role-based training and performance support resources across the organization. The role supports technology implementations, process changes, and ongoing improvement initiatives, leveraging platforms like SAP Enable Now or WalkMe to guide users

Qualifications

• Three years minimum designing and developing learning solutions in a corporate/technical environment.
• Bachelor's or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers eLearning and performance support solutions.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to develop role-based learning for enterprise systems and processes.
• Facilitates instructor-led and virtual training sessions and adapts to audience needs.
