SweetRush, Inc. seeks a Senior Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to design and deploy engaging IT learning initiatives for a global enterprise client. This remote-friendly role emphasizes AI-enabled content creation and rapid development of both live events and self-paced modules.

You will design learning experiences across AI, cybersecurity awareness, Microsoft productivity, and workplace apps, collaborating with IT SMEs to deliver high-impact sessions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
AI-savvy with practical use of AI agents to accelerate content development (Microsoft Copilot preferred).
Proven ability to deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training (VILT) via Zoom.
Exceptional ability to translate complex subjects into engaging content for non-technical audiences.
Strong visual design sense with layout, color, and brand alignment using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Responsibilities

Learning Experience Design: co-create live learning events, eLearning courses, and on-demand resources.
AI-Enhanced Development: use AI tools to flesh out content and generate outlines.
Content Creation: build interactive eLearning in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
Multimedia Production: create short instructional videos with screen recordings and voiceovers.
Live Event Facilitation: script, produce, and co-facilitate live IT workshops.
Evaluation: own survey and measurement strategy using MS Forms and Zoom polls.
