Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Systems Learning Specialist to drive employee readiness and adoption of enterprise systems. You will design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training while producing engaging materials and knowledge articles.

You will partner with L&D, Systems Operations, and business stakeholders to translate updates into effective learning experiences, support onboarding, and track adoption metrics. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or systems training.
Experience creating training content and learning materials.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
Create engaging learning materials including presentations, job aids, guides, videos, and articles.
Support adoption of business systems and tools across the organization.
Translate system updates into clear learning content and activities.
Facilitate system launches, enhancements, and adoption initiatives.
Maintain and update training content for accuracy and currency.
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure training effectiveness and impact.
Support onboarding and ongoing learning for business systems and tech tools.
