Job summary

The Moore Group is seeking a Project Manager, Digital Adoption & User Enablement to lead planning, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of in-application guidance for a global pharmaceutical client.

This fully remote, full-time role blends program leadership with hands-on content development—designing walkthroughs, tooltips, contextual help, and training experiences to boost adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Background in Agile Scrum and IT digital project management.
Experience developing user-facing guidance and training assets.
Certifications: PMP or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the In-Application Guidance Program roadmap and release planning.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Design, build, test, publish, and maintain in-application guidance and training content.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution teams, and IT.
