• Agency or digital project management experience preferred.
• Experience managing digital, website, and social media projects for pharmaceutical clients (DTC or HCP) in an agency is preferred.
• Highly organized with forward thinking.

Responsibilities

• Implement, update, and maintain project management processes and best practices based on business needs.
• Provide guidance and support for all project management activities within the organization.
• Maintain a project portfolio management process to select, prioritize, and manage project execution.
• Interact with project stakeholders and manage stakeholder communication.
• Oversee project risk management and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Provide project management training and mentoring to project managers and team members.
• Conduct project reviews to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.
• Support day-to-day project management if needed.
