Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo is seeking a Training & Adoption Manager to design and deliver learning experiences that ensure successful adoption of digital solutions within the Digital Strategy & Innovation portfolio.

The role partners with change managers, project teams, and stakeholders to develop engaging programs, knowledge resources, and reinforcement strategies. Location is Remote (U.S. Eastern Time preferred).

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of training, learning, or organizational change experience.
• Experience developing enterprise training programs.
• Strong instructional design skills.
• Experience creating digital learning content.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
• Life Sciences experience preferred.
• Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design training curricula and learning paths aligned to project milestones.
• Create instructor-led and virtual training materials.
• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and eLearning content.
• Support learning management system administration and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge repositories using SharePoint and Teams.
• Measure training effectiveness and adoption metrics.
• Coordinate office hours and coaching sessions.
