Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to design and lead digital adoption strategies across enterprise platforms. You will translate complex tech rollouts into clear messages for leaders and end users, build adoption narratives with multiple stakeholders, and measure impact to sustain momentum across the Foundry.

The role requires 5–7 years in change management or related fields, with ADKAR/Prosci credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in change management or closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience using communications or marketing techniques to drive user adoption of technology.
• Change management certification (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience leading change communications for enterprise technology rollouts (MES, CRM, ERP, analytics platforms, AI tools).
• Track record of building and sustaining networks of change champions.
• Comfort with adoption analytics and measuring engagement, sentiment, and usage.
• Willingness to develop as a workshop facilitator with coaching support.
• Ability to read group dynamics and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• 0-10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead adoption strategies for new digital platforms and enterprise technology rollouts.
• Build and run internal communications campaigns using audience segmentation and storytelling.
• Translate complex rollouts into clear, human-centered messages for leaders and end users.
• Partner with Digital Innovation, site communications, and program owners to craft adoption narratives.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and sentiment; adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Leverage early wins and champion stories to sustain momentum after go-live.
• Develop a scalable change management methodology, toolkits, and templates.
• Conduct stakeholder readiness and impact analyses; identify barriers and design interventions.
• Support leaders through digital adoption and operational changes.
• Build and maintain a site-wide network of change champions.
• Collaborate with organizational design and change management PMO efforts.
• Facilitate workshops addressing business and process challenges.
• Apply problem-solving frameworks like SWOT, Six Thinking Hats, four-box analysis, and design thinking.
• Help teams challenge siloed thinking in regulated environments.
• Share effective techniques and wins across the Foundry.
