Job summary

The Moore Group is seeking a Change Management and Communications Specialist to support a Fortune 100 client in a fully remote, full-time capacity. You will develop and execute communication strategies, lead change management initiatives, and drive engagement across multiple work streams in a fast-paced, global environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong writing, editing, and stakeholder engagement skills with experience in the pharmaceutical sector or related industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic communication development and execution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Global pharmaceutical/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of change management principles and strategic communication support.
• Proficient with Office 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans for deployments and change initiatives.
• Engage senior executives and project teams to align messaging.
• Create and manage communications deliverables (emails, posters, videos).
• Guide business partners to ensure messaging adoption.
• Manage audience distribution lists and ensure targeted communications.
• Update SharePoint/Teams sites as project content hubs.
• Assist with surveys to measure engagement.
• Build and maintain templates and toolkits for user adoption.
