Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Digital Adoption & Lifecycle Manager to own proactive lifecycle communications for our digital-only customer base. You’ll craft behavior-based triggers, write compelling copy, and orchestrate end-to-end campaigns across onboarding, adoption, and expansion.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, building scalable programs that leverage AI agents where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-sale lifecycle communications for a B2B SaaS environment.
• Excellent written communication tailored to a technical audience.
• Hands-on with lifecycle and marketing automation platforms; build campaigns yourself.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Design segmentation using product usage and health signals; define triggers and channels.
• Write clear customer-facing copy for email, in-product messages, and other channels.
• Ship campaigns in tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, or similar.
• Collaborate with Marketing on calendars and ensure coherent customer experience.
• Translate launches into lifecycle moments to drive adoption and retention.
• Define success metrics and report on engagement and impact.
• Pilot agentic approaches to scaled customer success and AI-enabled actions.
