Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an Integration Specialist to drive adoption and integration of the iTero platform in dental practices.

The role focuses on accelerating practice growth by optimizing workflows, increasing scanner usage, and improving patient education and case acceptance. You will leverage clinical knowledge of dental workflows to enable full digital adoption, provide training, and support to doctors and staff while collaborating with sales and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Clinical degree in dentistry or orthodontic office management experience preferred.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in dental, orthodontic, or related health industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (SFDC).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 20%; occasional nights and weekends for in-market events.

Responsibilities

• Perform current state assessments of practices to understand business needs.
• Develop customized, prioritized account-level goals and work paths to achieve full digital adoption.
• Guide practices through optimization of iTero workflows and integration of Invisalign and restorative scanning into routine patient care.
• Assist with integrating new product launches into office workflows.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations to doctors, staff, and internal audiences.
• Provide technical assistance on software usage, troubleshooting, and workflow refinement.
• Act as a clinical mentor for best practices in digital adoption and integration.
• Foster positive, consultative relationships with doctors and practice teams.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities and drive growth.
• Inspire practices to modernize and grow through increased scanner utilization and patient education.
• Utilize data to monitor progress, identify KPIs, and drive decision-making.
• Diagnose positive and negative results and lead corrective actions.
• Stay active with dental and orthodontic organizations to remain informed on trends impacting practices and patients.
• Manage travel, expenses, and resources efficiently within company guidelines.
• Orchestrate internal resources to optimize customer experience and promote Align/iTero solutions.
