Job summary
Align Technology, Inc. seeks an Integration Specialist in Massachusetts to drive adoption and integration of the iTero platform within dental practices. You will optimize workflows, increase scanner utilization, and educate clinicians on best practices for digital adoption.
You will guide practices through Invisalign and restorative scanning integrations, deliver training, and collaborate with Sales to grow the business. Travel up to 20% is expected as needed.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Clinical degree in dentistry or orthodontic office management experience preferred.
- 3–5+ years in dental/orthodontic or related health industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform current state assessments of practices to understand needs.
- Develop customized goals and work paths for digital adoption.
- Guide practices through iTero workflow optimization and scanning integration.
- Assist with introducing new product launches into office workflows.
- Deliver clinical training and presentations to doctors and staff.
- Provide technical assistance on software usage and workflow refinements.
- Foster relationships with doctors and practice teams.
- Collaborate with sales and support to prioritize opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and drive data-based decisions.
- Travel as needed up to 20% for in-market events.
