Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking an Integration Specialist to drive adoption and integration of the iTero platform within dental and orthodontic practices. You will assess workflows, tailor goals for full digital adoption, and guide Invisalign/restorative scanning integration into routine care.

The role requires 3–5+ years in dental settings, strong communication skills, and travel up to 20%. You will train doctors and staff, troubleshoot software, and collaborate with sales to grow scanner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, RDA, EF, CDA, etc.) and/or orthodontic office management experience preferred.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in dental, orthodontic, or related health industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 20%; occasional nights and weekends for in‑market events.

Responsibilities

• Perform current state assessments of practices to understand business needs.
• Develop customized, prioritized goals to achieve full digital adoption.
• Guide practices through optimization of iTero workflows and integration of Invisalign scanning.
• Assist with integrating new product launches into office workflows.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations to doctors and staff.
• Provide technical assistance on software usage, troubleshooting, and workflow refinement.
• Act as a clinical mentor for best practices in digital adoption and integration.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial support to prioritize opportunities and drive growth.
• Utilize data to monitor progress, KPIs, and drive decision‑making.
• Stay active with dental/orthodontic organizations to remain informed on trends.
