Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Digital Product Owner II - Omnichannel to lead AI-enabled service experiences across the SCAN omnichannel ecosystem. You will own the product strategy, governance, and optimization, partnering with Member Services, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver measurable value.

You will drive governance, quality standards, and KPIs for AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and experience goals while scaling innovative solutions across channels.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Product Owner/PM experience in technology or service environments.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled business solutions in Agile environments.
• Experience with customer service, contact center operations, or service delivery organizations.
• Strong backlog management, roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, and requirements definition skills.
• Ability to translate objectives into measurable outcomes and actionable product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, backlog, and prioritization for AI-enabled service and conversational tech.
• Partner with business and tech leaders to identify and scale AI capabilities.
• Translate goals into actionable requirements and delivery plans.
• Develop business cases and success metrics for AI solutions.
• Coordinate with Member Services and operations to improve efficiency and experience using AI.
