Job summary

Turning Point Care Center, Inc. in Moultrie, GA seeks a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Services as the Kitchen and staff manager. The role focuses on menu development, purchasing, production and service while controlling the dietary department budget.

The successful candidate will train and coach staff, ensure compliance with health and safety rules, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in a hospital setting. A strong background in healthcare food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Background check, drug screen, and professional references required for employment.
• Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Must be willing/able to step in to cover Cook position as needed.
• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential job function; reliable transportation is required.
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served 7 days a week at our facilities.

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu development, purchasing, production and service.
• Direct and control all food service activities while managing the dietary department budget.
