Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our dietary team and shape nutrition programs for patients under our care.

You will design nutritious menus tailored to individual needs, oversee food budgets, and ensure safe, sanitary kitchen operations while collaborating with patients, families, and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in healthcare foodservice management, a Florida license knowledge, and experience with electronic charting like Point Click Care.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with an active credential.
• Graduate of a Dietary Manager or related foodservice program.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in foodservice management (healthcare preferred).
• Skilled in nutritional care for long-term care & rehab residents.
• Knowledgeable in enteral nutrition, wound care, weight management, and hemodialysis (bonus!).
• Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of state survey processes & compliance standards.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Familiarity with electronic charting (e.g., Point Click Care) is a plus
