Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains regulatory-compliant documentation in medical records.
• Reviews and ensures therapeutic diet orders are served as prescribed.
• Monitors food production, storage, and sanitary conditions.
• Supervises kitchen staff, tray line, and cleaning procedures.
• Manages inventory, purchases, and budget compliance.
• Coordinates with Registered Dietitian to implement dietary recommendations.
