Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a Dietary Manager Hourly HCC to lead the Dietary Department in a skilled nursing center. You will oversee meal planning, ensuring nutritionally adequate meals, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

This role requires supervisory experience, inventory control, attention to cleanliness and safety, and collaboration with the Registered Dietitian.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a skilled nursing care center, hospital, or related medical setting.
• Must be certified in an accredited dietetic training course approved by ANFP or AND.
• Strong customer service, cost control, food management, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients/families to determine food preferences and diet history.
• Document nutritional needs in medical records per assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate with Registered Dietitian and implement recommendations.
• Review diet orders for accuracy and compliance with menus.
• Monitor food production and maintain nutritive value per regulations.
• Maintain proper food storage, sanitation, and equipment cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, purchases, and receipt of supplies.
