You will assess patient dietary needs, review menus, counsel on dietary preferences, manage stock and food safety, supervise staff, and ensure proper dishwashing and sanitation practices. Strong cost control and diet therapy familiarity preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduates of an accredited dietetic program are preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in healthcare foodservice.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews and assesses patient diet history and preferences.
• Reviews menus and dietary plans to ensure correct service.
• Counsels patients on dietary likes, dislikes, and cultural considerations.
• Maintains hygienic food handling and sanitation practices.
