Holton Manor, located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, offers a full-time opportunity for a Dietary Manager. We are dedicated to providing quality care to seniors in Walworth County and surrounding communities.

If you are not certified as a Dietary Manager, we will pay for your certification process.

The Dietary Manager is responsible for overseeing all meal services and nutritional support, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as corporate policies. This role includes implementing a quality assurance program to meet therapeutic nutritional requirements with flavorful meals, snacks, and supplements, while maintaining sanitation, safety, and cost control.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or enrolled in an approved course
• Sanitation certification
• Valid WI Driver's License
• Strong desire to work with the elderly
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in long-term care management and food service supervision
