Holton Manor has a unique full-time opportunity for a long-term care Dietary Manager located in beautiful Elkhorn, Wisconsin. We have a reputation for providing quality care to seniors in Walworth County and surrounding communities.

If you are not certified as a Dietary Manager, we will pay for you to obtain your certification.

As the Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for the direction, implementation, and supervision of all meal service and nutritional support for residents, following applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures. Your role also includes providing a quality assurance program to ensure therapeutic nutritional requirements are met with a variety of flavorful meals, snacks, and supplements, while maintaining sanitation, safety, and cost control.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or enrolled in an approved CDM course, with eligibility to write the exam upon course completion
• Sanitation certification
• Valid WI Drivers License
• Strong desire to work with the elderly
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in long-term care management and food service
• Supervisory experience
