Holton Manor has a unique full-time opportunity for a long-term care Dietary Manager. Located in beautiful Elkhorn, Wisconsin, we are known for providing quality care to seniors in Walworth County and surrounding communities.

If you are not certified as a Dietary Manager, we will pay for you to obtain your certification.

As the Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for directing, implementing, and supervising all meal services and nutritional support for residents, adhering to federal, state, local regulations, and corporate policies. You will also oversee a quality assurance program to ensure therapeutic nutritional requirements are met with a variety of meals, snacks, and supplements, while maintaining sanitation, safety, and controlling costs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification or enrolled in approved coursework to qualify for the exam
• Sanitation certification
• Valid WI Driver's License
• Strong desire to work with the elderly
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in long-term care management and food service supervision
