Holton Manor has a unique full-time opportunity for a long-term care Dietary Manager. Located in beautiful Elkhorn, Wisconsin, we are known for providing quality care to seniors in Walworth County and surrounding communities.

If you are not certified as a Dietary Manager, we will pay for you to obtain your certification.

As the Dietary Manager, you will oversee all meal service and nutritional support for residents, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as corporate policies. You will also implement a quality assurance program to meet therapeutic nutritional requirements with a variety of flavorful meals, snacks, and supplements, while maintaining sanitation, safety, and cost control.

This position requires:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or enrollment in an approved CDM course with eligibility to take the exam upon completion
• Sanitation certification
• Valid WI Driver's License
• A strong desire to work with the elderly
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in long-term care management and supervisory roles in food service.
