If you are not certified as a Dietary Manager, we will sponsor your certification process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all meal service and nutritional support for residents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company policies.
• Implement and supervise a quality assurance program to meet therapeutic nutritional requirements.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and control costs.

Minimum Requirements
